INVOTECH SECURITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The InvoTech Security Management System integrates specific equipment with specialised software to manage all aspects of security operations. The system takes control, improves efficiency, reduces liability and provides critical information surrounding daily activity and security processes.
The security system includes six modules which are available individually or all together as a package, so you can build a security system which targets your needs and mitigates risk in the areas you need it.
Using barcode or RFID technology, the Security System controls keys, radios and any security equipment which may be issued to employees. It identifies which equipment can be issued to different staff, manages equipment in and out and flags equipment not returned within a specified time frame.
With RFID or barcode tags installed at key patrol points, the Patrol Manager records security patrol information such as date, time and location for a real time, detailed and indisputable log of security personnel movements.
Records all aspects of security activity including general, visitor, dispatch, banned guest and package logs, for easy retrieval of all important information.
Incidents for both guests and employees, such as injuries, misconduct or damage are accurately recorded and accessible in various report formats to be able to identify and analyse incident patterns or trends.
LOST & FOUND
Manage items found and reported lost with a detailed log including linked digital images, storage location and powerful search capabilities to facilitate resolution and retrieval.
LOCKERS & LOCKS
Managing up to five built in combinations per locker, the system controls and tracks locker allocation and activity for lockers and locks issued to employees.
